We collect information you provide (account details, organization information), information candidates provide when completing assessments (name, email, answers), and usage data (pages visited, features used).
We use collected information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, send account-related communications, and generate anonymized analytics to improve assessment quality.
Assessment results belong to the operator (our customer). Candidate records — including assessment answers, scores, and results — are retained for a minimum of 2 years from creation under our default data retention policy (see Section 6) and cannot be deleted before that period ends, including at a candidate’s request. Candidates may direct deletion requests to the operator who sent them the assessment link; once the 2-year retention period has passed, the operator can delete the candidate’s record from their dashboard.
Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
We share data with service providers who help us run the Service, each under their own privacy policy, and only to the extent necessary to provide their part of it. Supabase stores account, organization, candidate, and assessment data. Stripe processes payment and subscription information for operator accounts; Stripe never receives candidate assessment data. Vercel hosts the application. Resend sends transactional email, including candidate assessment invitations and operator account notifications. Anthropic’s Claude API generates AI-assisted narratives, hiring memos, and analytics summaries at an operator’s request; we send it candidate scores, section-level results, and operator-entered evaluator notes, but not candidates’ underlying assessment answers. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.
We retain candidate assessment data — including answers, scores, and results — for a minimum of 2 years from the date the record is created, regardless of your subscription status. This is our default retention period for employee selection records and is not shortened by account cancellation or an early deletion request.
