We collect information you provide (account details, organization information), information candidates provide when completing assessments (name, email, answers), and usage data (pages visited, features used).
We use collected information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, send account-related communications, and generate anonymized analytics to improve assessment quality.
Assessment results belong to the operator (our customer). Candidates have the right to request their data be deleted by contacting the operator who sent them the assessment link. Operators can delete candidate records from their dashboard.
Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
We use Stripe for payment processing and Vercel for hosting. Each has their own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary with these providers.
We retain assessment data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, unless you request earlier deletion.
