By accessing or using The Lens platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Lens provides a web-based hiring assessment platform for restaurant operators to evaluate general manager candidates on financial competency and operational knowledge.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from candidates before sending assessment links. You agree to use the platform in compliance with applicable employment laws, including Equal Employment Opportunity laws.
You agree not to use the Service to discriminate unlawfully, to misrepresent assessment results, to share assessment content externally, or to use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate employment evaluation.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Candidate assessment data is owned by you (the operator). We process this data as a service provider. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any hiring decisions made based on assessment results. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months prior to any claim.
